How Punishments Work at Celestial

Our aim is consistency and clarity. Staff use context and history to choose the right action. Rules can change; the latest version on this page always applies.

Categories

• 💬 Chat: spam, caps, toxicity, links

• 🎮 Gameplay: clients, alts, scams, exploiting

• 🖥️ Discord: chat behavior and VC etiquette

• Repeated violations escalate. Severe items start high or go straight to permanent actions.

• Punishments marked [DQ] can disqualify from weekly payouts.

💬 Chat Punishments

Spamming

Sending the same or very similar message 3+ times in a chat box.

Warn → 1h mute → 2h mute → 6h mute → Admin discretion

Excessive characters

Repeating a character 12+ times or flooding.

Warn → 1h mute → 2h mute → 6h mute → Admin discretion

Excessive caps

A message with more than 7 words in full caps.

Warn → 1h mute → 2h mute → 6h mute → Admin discretion

Staff impersonation

Pretending or claiming to be staff.

Warn → 1h mute → 2h mute → 4h mute → Admin discretion

Encouraging chat spam

Inciting others to spam in chat or DMs.

1h mute → 2h mute → 4h mute → 8h mute → Admin discretion

Excessive toxicity

Targeted hostile language to put down another player.

Inappropriate behavior

Sensitive or explicit topics (incest, overly sexual remarks, rape, politics, drug references).

Hate speech

Slurs or derogatory terms (homophobia, misogyny, etc.).

Racism / racism encouragement

Racist content or attempting to get others to be racist.

Death encouragement / threats

IRL or in-game death threats, telling someone to harm/kill themselves.

Deliberately disrupting another gang's progress toward the leaderboard.

Insiding

Joining an island with intent to steal or grief.

IRL Trading

Trading or attempting to trade using outside currency/items.

Scamming

Failing to complete a deal; no return or completion means no appeal.
