These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Celestial Minecraft servers, Discord, and this website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. Celestial is not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft.

Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by Discord and Mojang in your region to use the Service, and you must own a legitimate Minecraft account.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your Minecraft and linked Discord accounts. Keep your credentials secure. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or ranks.

Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree not to:

• break the in-game rules, or cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized modifications;
• harass, threaten, dox, or discriminate against others;
• post illegal, harmful, or infringing content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• advertise other services or spam.

We may moderate, edit, or remove content and may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or the in-game rules.

Purchases & donations

Purchases (such as ranks or cosmetics) are made through our store and support the network. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, purchases are non-refundable. Perks and their contents may change over time, and purchases do not grant immunity from the rules — accounts may still be punished for violations. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in loss of access.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant Celestial a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and moderate it as part of operating the Service. You are responsible for the content you post.

Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celestial is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, virtual items, or purchases, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or the in-game rules. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
